1. Scope & Definitions

These Terms apply to all consumer purchases made at erolounge.store (“Store”) and form part of the contract between you (“Customer”) and the Seller named above. B2B sales are excluded unless agreed in writing. By ordering you confirm you are 18+.

2. Retailer / Reseller status

We act as a retailer/reseller (not the manufacturer unless explicitly stated). Product data and packaging come from the manufacturer/distributor; minor non-functional changes may occur. Any manufacturer warranty is in addition to your statutory rights (incl. 2-year legal guarantee of conformity). We’ll assist with manufacturer contact where helpful.

3. Offer, Order & Contract Formation

Listings are invitations to order, not binding offers. Your order becomes binding at checkout; the contract is concluded when we confirm by email or dispatch. We may decline orders (e.g., stock unavailable, address cannot be verified, suspected fraud, age not confirmed).

4. Prices, Currency & Errors

Prices are shown in EUR. Shipping and any optional extras are shown separately before payment. Despite care, errors may occur; we may correct or rescind and refund payments in full. Discount codes can’t be combined unless stated. Banks/wallets may apply currency/issuer fees.

5. Payment Methods

Accepted methods are shown at checkout, including cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Supported local instant banking may appear by country: iDEAL (NL), Bancontact (BE), EPS (AT), Klarna Pay Now. No manual bank transfer or COD. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant provider over TLS/HTTPS with 3-D Secure/SCA when required. Payment is due immediately unless stated otherwise. Retention of title: goods remain our property until paid in full.

6. Shipping, Delivery Area & Tracking

  • Dispatch: usually 1–3 business days after payment.

  • Delivery area: the countries shown on our Delivery page/checkout.

  • Delivery time: typically 3–7 business days within the covered EU countries (remote regions/islands may take longer). Times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Packaging: plain, discreet (no product names outside).

  • Tracking: sent by email after shipping.

  • Address changes: only before dispatch; after shipping we can’t reroute.

  • Multiple parcels: we may ship items separately at no extra cost; we don’t merge separate orders after checkout.

  • Return to sender (RTS): if undeliverable (wrong address, uncollected, refused), we can reship for an additional shipping fee or refund the product price minus the original outbound shipping and any carrier return charges.

7. Inspection, Risk & Partial Deliveries

Please check parcels on delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, ask the courier to note it, take photos, keep all packaging, and email orders@erolounge.store within 48 hours. Partial shipments may occur at no extra cost; your rights are unaffected.

8. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You may withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons. The period ends 14 days after you (or a person you designate) receive the goods.
To exercise, email orders@erolounge.store with a clear statement. You may use the Model Withdrawal Form below.

Effects of Withdrawal

We reimburse all payments, including the cheapest standard delivery (not express/non-standard), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from notice of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back.
You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you’re withdrawing. You pay return postage. You are liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what’s necessary to check the goods.

Hygiene & Sealed Goods

For health protection/hygiene, sealed goods that are not suitable for return and were unsealed after delivery are excluded from withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(e)).

9. Returns (RMA) Procedure

Email orders@erolounge.store with your order number to request an RMA. We’ll provide the return address and instructions. Returns sent without authorisation may be refused. Pack securely; include accessories/manuals where possible; keep proof of postage/tracking. Refunds go to the original payment method unless impossible.

10. Legal Guarantee (EU Conformity)

For two years from delivery, if goods are defective/not as described, you may request repair or replacement, or where not possible/proportionate, a price reduction or termination with refund. These rights are in addition to any manufacturer warranty.

11. Safety & Usage

  • 18+ only. Our products are not medical devices and are intended for private use.

  • Read the user manual before first use and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

  • Use a water-based lubricant with silicone toys unless the manufacturer states otherwise. Clean before and after use with a mild toy cleaner; store dry and away from heat/sunlight.

  • App-connected products: install apps from official stores only; grant minimal permissions; keep firmware updated.
  • Inspect regularly. Stop using immediately if damage or discomfort occurs. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

  • Electrical products: charge only with the supplied cable/USB. Do not use while charging. Do not immerse unless the product is rated waterproof (see product page/manual).

  • Batteries & WEEE: products/batteries carry the crossed-out wheeled-bin symbol. Do not dispose with household waste—use local collection points. Remove batteries where possible before disposal.

  • Safety & compliance: We act as a retailer. Manufacturer details and, where applicable, the EU Responsible Person and importer are shown on the packaging and on the relevant product page. On request, we will provide an EU Declaration of Conformity where applicable. Safety notices/recalls: orders@erolounge.store.

12. Liability

Nothing limits/excludes liability where unlawful to do so, including for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.
Cap: for other claims, our aggregate liability per order is limited to the amount you paid (incl. standard shipping).
No indirect loss: we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business interruption.
Beyond our control: not responsible for delays/failures due to events beyond reasonable control (carrier delays, inspections, strikes, natural events, power/network outages, incorrect delivery info).
Use & care: not liable for damage from misuse, improper handling, ignoring hygiene guidance, modification, or normal wear.

13. Force Majeure

If performance is prevented or delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, epidemics, war, government action, customs/carrier delays, strikes, lockouts, transport/power failures, supplier/manufacturer issues), obligations are suspended for the duration. We’ll notify you and take reasonable steps to minimise impact.

14. Customer Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for keeping your details (address, email, phone) current so delivery and notifications succeed.

15. Data Protection

We process your data to fulfill orders and provide support. See our Privacy Policy for details. Order communications use info@erolounge.store (general) and orders@erolounge.store (order support).

16. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

For any issues, contact orders@erolounge.store. We are not obliged or willing to participate in consumer arbitration procedures. The EU ODR platform was discontinued and is no longer available.

17. Applicable Law & Forum

Croatian law governs these Terms, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Consumers may bring claims in the courts of their habitual residence. For merchants/business customers, the exclusive forum is Croatia.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms for legitimate reasons (e.g., legal changes, process updates). The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.

19. Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect; the invalid part will be replaced by applicable law.
