Safe & secure checkout
Pay your way with Stripe. We accept major cards, wallets, and local instant banking methods. We never store card details. All payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant provider over TLS/HTTPS with 3-D Secure (SCA) where required.
What we accept
• Cards via Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Works with most bank/fintech cards (e.g., Revolut, N26, Wise) when online payments & 3-D Secure are enabled.
• Wallets: Apple Pay & Google Pay (shown when supported on your device).
• Local instant banking: iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, Klarna Pay Now.
• We don’t accept manual bank transfers or Cash on Delivery.
Good to know
• Instant order confirmation and email receipt.
• Refunds go to the original payment method.
• Prices shown in EUR. VAT does not apply.
• Your bank/wallet may apply currency or issuer fees if your account isn’t in EUR.
• The statement descriptor may appear as VELES GROUP or VELES.

Discreet, tracked shipping
Where we ship
• AT, BE, DE, ES, FR, IT, NL, PT. If your country isn’t listed, we don’t ship there yet.
What to expect
• Plain, unbranded packaging (no product names on the outside) with tracking on every parcel.
• Dispatch in 1–3 business days; delivery usually 3–7 business days (estimates; remote areas may take longer).
• Shipping cost shown at checkout. Large or mixed orders may ship in multiple parcels at no extra cost.
Address changes & delivery issues
• Address changes are possible only before dispatch; after shipping we can’t reroute or merge orders.
• If a parcel is undeliverable / uncollected / refused, we can reship for an additional shipping fee or refund the product price minus outbound + return shipping.
Damaged or missing items
• Keep all packaging and take photos of the outer box (all sides), label, inner packaging, and affected item(s).
• If damage is visible on delivery, ask the courier to note “PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED.”
• Email orders@erolounge.store with your order number and photos within 48 hours.

• Available only where supported by the local carrier.
